Troopers from PSP-Media received a Child and Youth Services (CYS) Childline report regarding an altercation between staff and a student at the school, located at 309 S Old Middletown Road in Middletown Township, Delaware County, at 12 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, according to the release.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities did not release further details.
